Berry Bomb - Vegan

I am a big fan of breakfast bowls and try to ensure there's plenty of protein as it can be challenging to eat enough. This is vegan, and the key point is to decorate it with colors. It's not thick enough that it couldn't also be consumed as a shake.

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until it is thick and glossy.

Garnish as desired, I used coconut flakes, blueberries, and strawberries. I find it smart to chop the strawberries finely, making them appear more abundant. I always sprinkle a few cacao nibs on top for my chocolate craving.

If you want to reduce the fat content, it's a simple matter of removing the seeds.
