This is truly surprising. I have started using chickpeas in all kinds of things and when I came across this one, I had to try it and wow, I can highly recommend it. This is a very large recipe so 2 servings. You could also make it slightly thicker and use it as a berry bowl instead of a smoothie.
Place all the ingredients together in a blender and blend well. Serve in a glass or in a bowl if thicker, and it is ideal to garnish it with berries, granola, or anything else that comes to mind. I have also used frozen raspberries which work fine.
