Coconut Almond Butter

Serves people.

I love almond butter but then I tasted coconut almond butter, so I had to try making it. Really good. I highly recommend trying it

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C
  2. Place the almonds on baking paper on a baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes. It's good to stir them a little after 4 minutes.
  3. Add the coconut flour and bake for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Let the almonds cool on the sheet.
  5. Place in a food processor and mix until they become silky smooth, just before they are completely done, add salt and vanilla drops. Place in a jar. I recommend processing them for a VERY LONG TIME as the almond butter only gets better the longer it processes.
