This is probably my favorite banana bread. Quick and suits my lifestyle, and as a bonus, it's also vegan.
Set the oven to fan-forced and 180 °C.
Mash the bananas well
Add the wet ingredients and mix well together.
Add the dry ingredients, mix, and finally add walnuts and cranberries.
Bake for about 70 minutes or until you can insert a skewer into the bread and it comes out clean.
