Greek Yogurt with Dates

Serves 1 people.

Preparation time: 5 min / Cooking time: 5 min

This is quick and easy as both breakfast and a snack. It would suffice if I weren't working out in the morning, but then I add plenty of energy, see image 2 for ideas.

  1. Pit the dates and divide them into 2 pieces
  2. Fry the dates in butter, olive oil, or coconut oil for about 1-2 minutes on each side or until they become a bit soft and caramelized
  3. Place the yogurt in a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon
  4. Add the dates on top
  5. Top with olive oil and sea salt
  6. Add whatever comes to mind if you want to expand the meal
  7. Ideas: banana, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, almond butter, shredded coconut
