Roasted Pecans

Serves 6 people.

Preparation time: 5 min / Cooking time: 15 min

This is a great addition to almost anything. Good on salad, good on yogurt, oatmeal etc., and also a very good snack on its own

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C
  2. Melt the coconut oil in the microwave
  3. Place the pecans in an ovenproof dish and pour the oil over them
  4. Season with cinnamon and sea salt. It might be good to use rosemary as well, try that next time
  5. Bake for 15 minutes and stir them after 7 minutes.
