Roasted Pecans
Serves 6 people.
Preparation time: 5 min / Cooking time: 15 min
This is a great addition to almost anything. Good on salad, good on yogurt, oatmeal etc., and also a very good snack on its own
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C
- Melt the coconut oil in the microwave
- Place the pecans in an ovenproof dish and pour the oil over them
- Season with cinnamon and sea salt. It might be good to use rosemary as well, try that next time
- Bake for 15 minutes and stir them after 7 minutes.
