Gourmet Salmon

Serves 3 people.

This is an absolute sweet, as a little Agave is used. Still working on perfecting it and finding a substitute for Agave. This recipe is for 3 servings or, as I do it. For 1 and 2, there will be leftovers.

The oven is heated to 180°C.

Lemons are sliced and placed at the bottom of a baking dish. The salmon is placed on top. I put a little oil on the salmon, add salt and pepper, and then spread the Agave sauce over it. Let it bake for about 20 minutes (this completely depends on the size of the salmon). I use 500 grams of raw salmon, which becomes about 450 grams when cooked. When the salmon is cooked, the nut mixture is placed on top. I find it nice to serve it with, for example, a salad with oranges, pomegranate seeds, and pumpkin seeds (Macros do not take these into account).
