Fiber Bomb

This is the breakfast I eat about 6 times a week or after every workout. It is both rich in fiber and protein, and the trick is to prepare it the night before. Then just use your creativity in what you want to put on top of it. I usually make 5-6 jars at once so I only have to add milk and berries in the evening.

  1. Mix all seeds together and season to taste.
  2. Add the milk and mix well.
  3. Add vanilla drops and mix well.
  4. Add the berries, mix well, and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  5. Let your imagination decide on the toppings. I find it very good to add, for example, coconut flour, coconut flakes, almond butter, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, cooked apples, bananas, almonds, vegan yogurt.
